My Top Music Selections

Hey y’all! I wanted to share my favorite songs and artists because that’s a weird obsession of mine.

So we have my TOP ten Christians artists here (prioritized):

  1. NF
  2. Shaya Zamora
  3. Brandon Lake
  4. gio.
  5. Forrest Frank
  6. bodie
  7. Maverick City Music
  8. Elevation Worship
  9. Lauren Daigle
  10. KB

So NF and Shaya Zamora are my #1 (and #2 I guess) of music overall. They’re amazing. (Especially Shaya Zamora)🫶

For secular music, here’s my top ten artists (also prioritized):

  1. JVKE
  2. Noah Kahan
  3. Connor Price
  4. Chelsea Cutler
  5. Lauren Spencer Smith
  6. NEEDTOBREATHE
  7. Teddy Swims
  8. Adele
  9. Matt Hansen
  10. Benson Boone

I had a hard time coming up with ten secular artists I love and listen to on a regular basis…Christian music is far superior in my opinion. 🤷‍♀️

Nooow here are my favorite songs by the top two of each list (not prioritized):

  1. Pretty Little Devil by Shaya Zamora (the acoustic version is also fire.)
  2. Call Your Mom by Noah Kahan
  3. The Search, Just Like You, or Happy by NF (I literally cannot choose one.)
  4. this is what forever feels like by JVKE (also this is what losing someone feels like is amazing too!!)

    I’m more of a rocker, but my gf got me into Christian rap.

        Lexi is going to a Forrest Frank concert soon. And in July, Lexi and I are going to an event that MAY have KB and/or Forrest Frank there.

        It’s funny because before I met Lexi, I didn’t really like rap, but LOVED rock.

        Before Lexi met me, she really didn’t like rock, but LOVED rap.

        So now we get a taste into each others music.

          Oh dang that’s sick!! I’ve wanted to go to KB for a while but haven’t found one near me yet…we shall see

          That’s funny, and really awesome too! I love sharing music with my friends and I end up getting some really good music recs that I wouldn’t have thought I’d love but then I do!

            Nice! I also am thinking about doing a single (I am an artist) with Rap & Rock qualities. Plus vocals which would be cool because I typically just do instrumental music

    Why is NEEDTOBREATHE in secular music? Am I missing something? XD

      I know, it was a hard choice putting them in secular or Christian, but they kinda have that rock vibe and I hear their music in public all the time so I kinda put them in that list, but I’d classify them as Christian. But I think they can kinda go any way, depending on the album/song😅

        This is how I think of them in my mind lol: they’re secular enough to open for Taylor Swift concerts, but still Christian…it’s confusing lol
