If you’re like me, when you text someone, you want to hear back from them immediately. Like, bro, that’s why I texted you. If I was fine with waiting, I would have sent you a letter (or possibly an email).

And, if you’re like me, when you text someone and they don’t respond for along time, you start to wonder things like…Do they care? Are they too busy for me? Do they not like me? Are we not friends? Did I do something wrong? Are they okay? Have they replaced me?

And half the time, those worries get the best of us and take the drivers seat and spin us out of control.

Well, sometimes, it feels like God doesn’t answer our ‘texts’.

It might be a prayer.

Or a request.

Or a sign.

But it hurts, doesn’t it?

To pray, “God. Why aren’t you answering me? Have you forgotten me? Do you not care? Have you found a better Christian? Do you not love me? Did I do something wrong, again?”

Well friend, let me tell you this: God ain’t never gonna forget you. He ain’t ever gonna leave you. And there is no way, on Heaven or earth, that he is ever going to stop loving you. Don’t you forget that, okay?!

So. How can we tell that God isn’t leaving us on read? Well, check out these awesome Bible verses. (If you want more, ASK ME. I have a whole list, but these are a few great ones to start with.)

  1. Joshua 1:9
  2. Deuteronomy 31:6-8
  3. Jeremiah 29:11,
  4. 1 John 4:16
  5. Deuteronomy 7:9
  6. Jeremiah 31:3-4
  7. Romans 8 (Read all of it! It’s so encouraging and so so worth it.)

Well. I hope you enjoyed this and found it helpful! Share it with whoever you think needs to read this, and comment your favorite Bible verses about God sticking with his children. (That’s us, by the way.)
